2. The QualscoreAI Scorecard Service
2.1 Informational Purpose Only
The QualscoreAI Scorecard ("Scorecard") is provided for informational and lead generation purposes only. It is an estimate of your operational risk profile based on limited data input.
2.2 No Guarantee or Warranty
The Scorecard is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, or financial outcome. It is not legal or regulatory advice. You acknowledge that QualscoreXM is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, regulatory actions, fines, or other damages arising from your reliance on the Scorecard.
2.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all actions and decisions related to your cannabis business's GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and operational performance.
3. User Conduct and Input Data
3.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the Scorecard form.
3.2 Intellectual Property (IP)
You retain ownership of the Company Name and Contact Information you submit. However, you grant QualscoreXM a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and analyze this input data to generate, refine, and improve the Scorecard algorithm and related services.
4. Intellectual Property of QualscoreXM
The website, its design, the Scorecard methodology, the underlying AI algorithm, and all related content (including the QualscoreAI logo and branding) are the exclusive property of QualscoreXM and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
The website and the Scorecard are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QualscoreXM expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QualscoreXM, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (ii) any content obtained from the website; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
